Iron is important for the formation of red blood cells and the production of energy in the body.
One in four females have inadequate iron intake, leading to fatigue, tiredness and a lowered immunity.
Iron deficiency is common in vegetarians, vegans, poor dietary choices and woman with heavy menstrual cycles.
Not all iron is created equal. We use an iron which is gentle on the stomach, has a low risk of constipation, and is combined with cofactors which enhance its absorption and utilisation.
