In Australia, one in four females and one in two males meet their daily recommended calcium intake, which makes a calcium supplement an important addition to your daily routine if you are not consuming the recommended intake of calcium rich foods.
The type of calcium you use will determine how much is absorbed from your stomach, and therefore the benefits to you.
