Your order will be delivered free of charge via Registered courier network.
For all orders, you will receive an email with an Assigned Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the appropriate website link provided in your email.
Your order will be delivered to your address or nearest collection point. Please be sure to add all Unit/Flat and Business names as appropriate for your order. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery, as our registered courier network may not leave parcels unattended. A delivery card will be left, listing which nearby collection point, the parcel can be collected in person.
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before dispatch of your order.
Delivery times are reliant upon normal business hours and vary depending on where you live.
As a guide, average delivery times are listed below for each state:
Queensland – 2-3 business days
New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Victoria – 5 business days
Western Australia & Northern Territory – 7 business days
It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.
