Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind returns

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind.

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:

– Faulty

– Significantly different to those shown or described

– Not fit for purpose

– Unsafe

Cancellations

Please remember that in most cases, orders are dispatched within the next 2-5 business days. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back, at the expense of the customer where a full refund will be provided.
